I guess they ask that when there is another person sponsoring

Not really.

It's not 'who is who', but rather, 'what is what'.

If using tax forms, must submit a complete copy of a tax return, which includes all forms, all schedules, and all W-2s and 1099s.

If using tax transcripts, then just submit the tax transcript, as it contains all (did I say all?) of the pertinent bits and since it's from the IRS, it's complete and accurate and a full representation of what the IRS has.

Slinging a 1040, for example, with out any W-2 or 1099 is the kiss of death.

Well you know with this Visa journey nothing seems to be easy (well at least for me) . Have tracking number, have contacted DHL. They admit yep its fallen off their radar and they are doing a "full investigatin" into the where abouts of said nevelope. Like are you kidding. Again. It is December 3rd. So I had to let hubbie know Baby if we hear nothing by friday we have to REDU Part III. This has got to be a record of redoing documents I bet. Just can not believe this.

Just Unbelievable.:help:

Ya, my wife and I went over the DS-230 and the GUZ P3 Supplemental and the DS-3032 this weekend. No Fun. The only fun I have on this is that we get to sling it via email into the EP queue.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

oh girl, i have got to hand it to you for being such a tough cookie throughout this whole thing. i would've been the one flying my ####### to the country itself just so my hands could touch the documents, then i'd chain 'em to me if i could as safe keeping all the way back to the US of A. praying that this will be your last month at the NVC stage. :)

Awww thank you. Hey if I can't stand on the sidelines and cheer and back-flip, cartwheel, splits and sis-boom-bah for my VJ peeps well I don't deserve happiness. I know this too will pass and I will oh someday get all my documents. (I swear I am not adding another piece of paper to my 900 pages I am sending to NVC) hehe

See I was with you Darnell until u said EP. For me its not as much as getting case complete but the idea that these most important documents are floating out there and customs in Nigeria are notorious for opening and taking what they will.

and of course they may or may not release it for some dash as they call it.

Can I ask why aren't the previous months thread closed/locked so people stop posting their and information doesn't get missed.

I just hit the "my content" button to check for new stuff.

ive got a bit of a situation (nothing compared to dwheels), but my disc drive with the scanned copies of our info (the apps and packages, letters, etc) just up and died. yeah, and hubbys interview is next week. I had planned on printing it all out this week. should I be freaking?

i know that santiago isn´t as notoriously difficult as others, but any advice?

Hopping over from the November NVC thread as well. Hoping we all get the answers we want soon. Does the NVC schedule the interview after the case has been received by the embassy or before? I was thinking about it last night while trying to sleep. :)

Up until the IV bill we have done everything at our own pace, so don't freak out when you see our timeline. We had major financial difficulties which hindered us from going at a steady pace. We are now in a position to move forward. IV Bill and beyond will hopefully go quickly.

PRAYING FOR A JANUARY INTERVIEW DATE

NVC:

11/13/2012: IV bill invoiced

11/14/2012: IV bill paid

11/21/2012: IV package sent
