Yes'm. The first is a petition fee, then there is a separate visa fee. Then when you come to the US there is a $1070 fee to get her legal status.

Have you read VJ's handy dandy K-1 flowchart?

"Non-immigrant visa applications for fiancé(e)s or spouses and children of fiancé(e)s or spouses of U.S. citizens (for K type visas) cost $240 per applicant;" This is from the embassy website http://panama.usembassy.gov/fees.html, I would also suggest reading everything on their website for specific instructions to that embassy

when i send in the I-129F, i sent a check posted by USCIS...

after NOA1 and NOA2...when my fiancee goes for the interview, does she need to pay additional fees for DS-156 and other applications/visa?

Yes read the Guides and Follow the Guides.

You paid for your 129f Petition and then there is a payment for the medical and the visa at the Embassy.

Then.....you are not finished with payments to USCIS.

If this is an issue....then cancel everything now!@

it's gonna be expensive period, because she lives on the eastern edge of russia next to north korea lol. if i were there and farted, kim jong-un could smell it. so first i'm flying there. then once my intro and formalities with her parents are done, she and i will be flying to moscow for her interview, and from there we will be flying to the states. assuming we get the visa. which i'm pretty damn sure we will, i see no reason why we would be denied.

You know you don't get it immediately right? Even if you're approved it usually takes a week, sometimes longer if you end up in AP.

You paid a PETITION fee. She will pay a VISA APPLICATION FEE, you have not applied for a visa and never will. SHE will apply for a visa based on your approved petition. So far you have "applied to apply"

After she arrives you will pay another fee $1000+ to get her first green card, two years later another $600 (roughly) for a 10 year green card and one year after that $600 to apply for citizenship

Don't you know the government is trying to pay off the national debt with our visa fees  Petition fee, visa fee, AOS fee, ROC fee and citizenship fee--- you are just starting to pay. I have a stepdaughter, so it cost me double-- good luck

 I had Alla and TWO children! OMG! The only break we got was that Pasha became a citizen when she did for "free"

Worth it.

Cheap at 3 times the price!
