That's awesome! What do you say, when you just do a walk-in, weeks before your appointment?

From watching everyone's timelines, I'm expecting my daughter will receive her biometrics appt letter this coming friday or monday at the latest. I want her to attempt to do a walk-in too

TIA

Thanks it felt pretty awesome.

I literally walked in and handed the guard my I 797C and told him Im attempting a walk in appointment. There was 1 man ahead of me so he said:" A little advise, don't play with your nieces when their mother tells you they are sick... and yes, you will be seen today." lol I waited for 2 mins, the lady at a desk called me and she wrote my information down and stamped my I 797C and told me to proceed to see a gentleman at another desk where he brought me to the back of the office with the thumb print scanner computer thingamajig, took my fingerprints, picture and sent me on my way.

I was there for a total of 13 mins. No biggie at all :)

Yay, my biometrics appointment came in the mail today. :D Will be on December 19th, which hopefully won't conflict with my husband's vacation time.

A little annoyed that the Case Status numbers I recieved still don't seem to be working.. Oh well, as long as I'm getting email/mail notifications.

Okay, just spoke to my daughter and she received her appointment letter for the biometrics. Her appointment is Dec 17.

She has to drive a little ways, so she's not going to attempt to do a walk-in, just in case she's turned away.
