I am a USC living abroad who submitted the I-130 in early September. I received correspondence advising case was transferred from CSC to NBC... does anyone have any experience/knowledge on what this means for processing time? I cannot locate anything on USCIS website stating how long the NBC takes to process I-130s. Thanks!

We are in the same shoe, ours was transferred from NBC to our local office on 17th September and our local office is Atlanta, i read about someone here on VJ who was routed also from NBC to his local office and got approved after 56 days that means he filed by August and we who submitted ours early september, then i guess in the next couple of weeks, we should be expecting a good thing.

Good news for us Atlanta filers also. I read in a topic that someone from Atlanta got there NOA2 after 34 days so im thinking they were transferred around September 5 or a little bit after that.
