Hello, everyone!!

I have just checked "My Case Status" a couple minutes ago and it says...

Decision

On October 17, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283

Does this mean that am I approved without an interview?

This means you are approved for a greencard, without an interview.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes, it does. Congrats! I suppose your case was transferred to CSC? Please, create a timeline so you will contribute to the VJ data. :)

This update means that they mailed you the Welcome letter. Next update should be a card/document production.

I would recommend calling the service number to verify all is correct.

There is roughly half of the time no interview for K-1/AOS applicants.
