Hi !

I sent the I 129F on May 1, 2012 and I received the NOA1 one week later. It was sent to the Vermont Processing center.

Since then, I haven't received any information or updates on my case. Is that normal? Should I be concerned?

Thanks!

Don't expect anything before mid November.

I'm afraid it's normal. I just looked at your Timeline:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between November 10, 2012 and November 16, 2012*.

These dates are only a reference but they give you an idea of when you should be receiving some news.

Yes all is normal. If you get out to ten months waiting, then I'd schedule an InfoPass appointment.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Unfortunately this is more than just normal. Some people who filed months before you guys did have nothing so far... Good luck with the journey!
