Hello everyone,

I sent the DS3032 by email on the 18th of August using the email template here on VJ. I still have not received a response except the automatic one. It's been 20 days and I am starting to get worried that something is wrong.

I have called the NVC but all I get is "We process emails in the order they come in".

Any suggestions on what I should do? Should I sent the email again? Should I keep pestering the phone operators?

I'm quite keen to see the replies here as I emailed mine last Thursday and was wondering when I could be expecting to receive any acceptance/rejection notification. Does the DS3032 need to be accepted before the IV is generated? Ive already paid the AOS fee.

I sent my DS-3032 on August 25 and they answered on September 5. I user the VJ template but I also attached the form electronically signed. I would send it again just in case.

Yes accepting the DS-3032 generates the IV bill if u call and they still haven't received and u have no email from them just resend. It should only take no longer than w0 days to review and accept.

But make one more call.

And check to see if iv bill is invoiced.

Wait a second ...

Did you send it on August 18 or September 18 ?? Because You said "it's been 20 days".

Because if it was September 18 they could have some backlog and it will take time to process your request. I didn't send any email to the NVC after my DS-3032, everything after that was by mail or telephone. So I don't know how their email processing times are right now.

Well I know for me I waited and waited and after about 12 days I sent another but this time (by instruction by our own Darnell here on VJ) I put Supervisor Review in the title next to your case number and Beneficiary's name and I put second time sent.

It was approved in 4 hours and I got the IV BILL email. Doesn;t hurt to resend buit just bring to their attention.
