Im on an expired tourist visa with no ssn, no drivers license and nothing but a job in an insurance company and my GIRLFRIEND who is willing to marry me.

One problem is that from his previous marriage, he petitioned a russian citizen (year 2003) who also turned out of status from a student visa. They got married

and live together for 7-8 yrs and they got one 8 year old daughter who is being taking care by his husband since they are now divorced for 2 years. They hav

a legitimate marriage!

My first question is does may girlfriend case will affect my adjustment of status?

Posted

I'm confused as well. Do you mean her, where you have typed him?

How is it you are working, on an expired tourist visa, with no SSN?

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Posted

HAHAHAHA, sorry I just can't stop laughing.

"Your girlfriend", "his previous marriage", "He petitioned", "the daughter being taken care by his husband"....

If you have a job at an insurance company, it shouldn't be so hard for you to tell us a story, right?

Not very nice! Not everybody learns English overnight.

Give him another shot, to explain his situation again!

not trying to be rude, but at least you have to let people understand what's going on before we can help.

And it's not even about fluent in English or not.. it's about his/her.

Oh yeah, thats embarassing. Sorry my english was not that good... It should be "HER"... so just kindly understand. LOL

Originally, when I was still on a tourist visa, i found an agency that hired me and tried to convert my B1 to H1

but for some reason it was DENIED... And during that time of processing, my agency was able to market me on one of their clients.

and all I need to do is pass the interview and they will take care of everything. All I can say is I have a very good skills in my

demand profession but unfortunately at the USCIS the adjustment was denied.

Im not good in english so if theres any mistake again, kindly forgive. But honestly im tri-lingual (LOL)

good for you!

Your situation is not bad at all.

Just prepared to show that your girlfriend's last marriage was real, and you and her's relationship is real.

You should be fine.

There is no law says that you can't petition for 2 spouses, but it will probably be a little harder than first time.

Good luck.

Oh yeah thanks so much. Maybe I can give it a try.

Yeah believe it or not, there are some bigger agencies/companies that is willing to used you illegally without any papers at all. They still exist. Although, when

Im inside working, I dont know who knows my status so just implement the job and be quiet. In short, Im using them and they are using me. Half of my salary goes

to them of course. And I did not try to get Social or Drivers License or Pay tax cause I dont want to make it more complicated.

Again my english kindly forget about it please.
