Timeline

My wife got a letter today saying her AOS was granted on September 22nd!

We are both very happy, especially since yesterday we celebrated our one year wedding! Looks like we're going to Colombia for Christmas :)

Thanks fellow VJ'rs for all your advice through the process since the K1 days. There were a couple of bumpy moments but it all turned out fine.

For those still waiting hang in there!! Good things will happen....... :thumbs:

05/09/14- I-751 packet mailed to CSC
05/12/14- NOA1 Receipt date
07/01/14- Biometrics Appt

08/11/14- RFE received

09/08/14- RFE response received by USCIS

09/22/14- 10yrs GC Approved!!

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...
