Hello vj ers how u guys doing? I am doing paperwork for my wife's k1 aos. She is here in states for 5 months. We havent opened the joint bank account yet. Neither we did our insurance. Is it necessary to send the copy of joint bank account and insurance plan along with our application ? Or we can open the bank account later and bring it with us during our interview? Please help me to get rid of this confusion. Thank u so much in advance

Welcome to the forum.

:time: It helps VJ members understand where you are in your immigration journey, and thereby formulate appropriate responses.

:guides: They can be accessed at the top of the forum page. Take a look at the K-1 AOS guide for more info about the AOS process. In the AOS guides there are also hot links to several informative tip sheets.

The things that you mention seem more appropriate for the Removal of Conditions on Permanent Residency (ROC) step in the immigration process. That information is also in the Guides section.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

You only need to send a copy of your certified marriage certificate with your AOS forms and documents. That is the only evidence of your marriage you need. If you get called for an interview, then you will need to show co-mingling evidence to prove your marriage and that you live together. Follow the guide here on VJ: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos
