I was approved! :dance: I couldn't believe it! I saw the CRIS e-mail and I was sure it was an RFE, when I saw it was them saying they're mailing my welcome notice I almost fell off the chair, jumped on my husband, and cried like crazy!

I trully hope all the others waiting way longer than me get approved soon! My thoughts are with you!

Congrats on your hubby's EAD noviademexicano. I received a letter today from the USCIS, for a biometrics appointment for my daughter, there were no touches on her case online.

Thank you. Why did they take so long for your daughter's biometrics? They may have just realized they forgot to get it done, and just figured it out?

can we be added on the list? Here's our timeline (me and my daughter)

Feb 23 '07 NOA1....March 14 '07 Biometrics.....March 19 '07 case was xferred to CSC....

I was also wondrin' because I was expecting an RFE regarding the vaccination thingy because I didnt have any vaccinations during my medical for some reasons...and as far I know I have to complete those vaccines in order for me to adjust status..I was expecting to get the RFE after the biometrics but I got the email about the transfer instead..were there any instances that people get the CSC xfer email before getting an RFE??or they might just have overlooked it? :unsure:

Don't worry, CSC will send the RFE when they get around to processing your case.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.
