Congrats, congrats, congrats, :dance::dance::dance: Sometimes it's hard to be happy when others get approved and we sit in never never land but today I can say is not one of those. I wonder if I would be any happier if it had been our approval. CONGRATS Katie. Your out of USCIS He** for 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Freda thank you so much for your congrats! I know what you mean, sometimes it was hard sitting back and watching all those approval messages from other posters and wishing it was me who had been approved. It was hard to feel happy for them after a while, so your post means a lot to me!! I always used to say to my husband how I can't wait to see when you, Kaffykat and drpepper were approved as you all are waiting as long as me. I do hope you all get your approvals soon and I will be sticking around to give you all a huge congrats when you all do get approved!

Karen - Same here (no touches since 1/15) so I totally feel you. I know we are in FBI namecheck for sure now, and I thought I'd feel better, but I almost feel worse knowing some people get stuck in it for years and years and I fear I could be one of those unfortunate ones!! Let's hope neither of us are though! I'm going to DC in May so maybe I'll head over to the FBI and kick some butts if we aren't approved! :P

Hi guys, please add my name to the list of CSC transferees. I received the mail last Mar. 10 that my AOS was transferred to CSC and then got 3 emails and a touch on Mar. 11 which is a Sunday. I didnt know they work on Sundays too. They must be so overload with work they have to do overtime. I just hope i get approve soon. Thanks

April 2000 Met online

July 21, 2004 Official GF/BF

Dec. 3, 2004 USC filed I-129F

April 24, 2005 Met in person for the 1st time in Manila, Phils.

April 25, 2005 Bought the engagement ring and proposed marriage (officially and personally)

May 8, 2005 USC left Philippines

May 20, 2005 I-129F disapproved, condition of prior meeting not met before petition was filed

June 1, 2005 USC appealed disapproved I-129F

Feb. 6, 2006 USC filed 2nd I-129F with lawyer's help

Mar. 6, 2006 USC came back to Manila, Philippines - 2nd time

Mar. 13, 2006 USC's departure from Manila :-(

May 30, 2006 2nd I-129F got approved

Hiya...

My AOS has been sitting in limbo for a while now (to CSC in October, last touch 15/1/2007)... I've seen lots of comments about service request emails to USCIS... Can anyone elaborate on what this means, and how I might do it?

NOTHING for me today.

Oh well. :(

28th May 06 - Arrive in Texas!

8th July 06 - Married!!!

3rd August 06 - EAD received at USCIS

29th August 06 - Biometrics

18th September 06 - Case (AOS) transfered to CSC on 9/14 (advised by mail)

4/6/10th October 06 - EAD touched!

11th October 06 - Email from USCIS - EAD Approved on 10/10! Card on the way!

16th October 06 - EAD card received!

16th October 06 - EAD Application email received confirming letter to be sent.

22nd February 07 - Email sent to USCIS requesting an update.

5th March 07 - Case touched! AOS is now "pending" at the CSC! Progress!

5th March 07 - Email from CSC confirming I am awaiting the results of the FBI name check.

27th April 07 - Email received. A notice requesting additional info has been mailed.

4th May 07 - RFE letter arrived.

21st May 07 - RFE docs returned to USCIS by mail.

6th June 07 - Email from CRIS saying RFE received and case processing has resumed!

26th June 07 - Phone call from a USCIS officer at the CSC in California asking for a copy of my I-94 by fax.

27th June 07 - InfoPass appointment at 745am.

12th August 07 - Email from CRIS - Green Card on order as of 8/11!

15th August 07 - Email from CRIS - Welcome Notice sent.

18th August 07 - Welcome Notice Received.

20th August 07 - GC received!
