So we sent the DS-3032 via email and never got response (besides the autoresponse)....However, I was able to pay the AOS fee. Do we need to send DS-3032 again? Or since things are already moving, does it no longer matter?

Please remember the DS-3032 is part of the IV track which has nothing to do with the AOS track. The IV bill will NOT be invoiced until the DS-3032 has been received and accepted.

What date did you send the DS-3032? It's currently taking 1-2 weeks for it to be accepted.

It was the same for us, then we got an email that said that DS-3032 was accepted AND payment for AOS fee received (in same email).

Wow this is really really frustrating!!! I will not call NVC because I will receive the "15 to 20 days" response as everyone else. :wow: I see others with NOA2 of 13, 14, 34 days that have already gotten Invoiced. Dont get me wrong, I am happy for them and wish i was in their shoes. However I am wondering how this process actually works? I keep telling myself to stay positive and that eventually it will come. But man!! Really!! Just venting!!! :(:(:(:(

I'll one up you though -- I've been without my husband since June 2011 because of immigration. :( I've seen him ~15 days total in the past 15 months. IT. SUCKS.

Neither here nor there -- do you guys have any kind of waiver to file? Or did you, luckily, meet while th USC was in the DR?
