Marriage Green Card I-130 I-485 filling questions

I am out of status (came to U.S. as a visitor) marrying U.S. citizen.

-When I file I-130 and I-485, do I submit the forms concurrently? Or should I wait after I-130 is approved?

-When I file I-130, can I concurrently file EAD and AP together? Or Should I wait after I-130 is approved?

-I heard that I must give documents proving our marriage (joint bank statement, house lease, utility, photos), do I submit those along with forms (I-130,485) or do I just bring them to the interview?

-I came to U.S. with my parents, who are also out of status. If the interviewer asks about my parents like where they are and what status they are (I heard that interviewer asks about family), should I tell that they are out of status and live in the U.S. or is it better for me to say that they are in my home country?

I am the one that is married to U.S. citizen and my parents don’t have any protection if USCIS decides to go after them. If I lie, I am worried that I might not be able to petition for my parents after I get my U.S. citizenship. Say I lie about my parents being in the U.S. and get my GC without a problem, will that prevent me from petitioning my parents?

I know these are a lot of questions. Thank you for your time reading this and I appreciate all the inputs.

I have a friend who went it his interview 2 years ago with USC wife..his parents are here overstaying..the IO ask about what are their status he said they're out of status...and thats is nothing more...because I believed its case ot case basis when it come to USCIS...so its you that applying not your parents....hope it can help

Don't ever ever lie! Tell the truth without too much details unless they ask for details. "They are out of status" that's it! As Mrs.GORE said, it's your interview, not theirs.

Whilst you should never lie to USCIS, do not volunteer unsolicited information either.

More likely than not they will not ask about your parents, unless it is of material importance to your case.

USCIS rarely does anything about people overstaying. If your parents have comitted any crimes it's a different matter.

Anyways, there's no purpose of lying. In fact, if you lie and later down the road go for US citizenship and thereafter petition your parents, the likelyhood of you getting into trouble is bigger because your information is already in your file and by lying, you're making is worse for yourself in the long run. Revokation of greencard/citizenship never expires/ages out.

EDIT: If there are questions on the forms about your parent's current whereabout, answer them truthfully but don't write a novel.

Agree with the previous posters re: your parents. Do not volunteer information, but never lie.

Regarding the forms, you submit everything together as once package - I-130, I-485, I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP, along with all the required supporting documents. Anh Map linked the correct VJ guide for you - you should study the guide and the form instructions carefully, and then come back with more questions if something seems unclear. It seems to be you haven't really familiarized yourself with the whole AOS process yet, so better to do your homework first, before starting to assemble the package.
