Hi sis!...i didn't fly to Singapore to get my COC,with the help of my good employer.i send my documents to her then she went to the (CID)SPF submit my documents for COC,Wait until you have your case number.then,email the US embassy that you need a request letter for your COC in Singapore.if you are in Manila better go to US embassy and ask for it at window 38 sometimes if you email them it will took 7 days for them to reply.it's important that you have the request letter from US embassy,it's one of the requirements.then,photocopy the bio page and some stamp on your passport that you used when you go to Singapore,photocopy your work permit if you have one when you work in SG,go to your local police station for your finger print,then fill up the form for COC.if you have friends or relatives in SG ask them to hand cary your documents to (CID)SPF and the fee S$50... sis i cant sent you thru pm.. :( anyway... thanks for trying to help me. just want to know as well, where am i going to have the COC application form? can i just have a copy of the form through the internet? actually i have some few friends who can help in SG but i bet all of them are busy :( so i ill be the one to process it all... can i just send my docs to the PC department right away? how am i going to pay :( thanks sis..looking forward for your reply :)

July 18'12 Send my application for AOS

July 20'12 USPS delivered my docs. to USCIS Chicago,IL

July 23'12 USCIS received Application(Priority date)

July 26'12 Check cash out/got txt@email,received my application

July 30'12 received mail NOA1(AOS/EAD/AP)

Aug.22'12 Biometrics done(Detroit,MI)

Sept.19 USCIS mailed a noticed they approved my Travel Docs.

Sept.20 EAD card on production(approved in 60 days!)

Sept.25 USPS pick up mail from USCIS(EAD card on the way!)

Sept.27 EAD card received.

Sept 28 went to SSOffice for name change on SSN card.

Oct 05'12 Got my new SSN card.

April 16'13 USCIS emailed Case Status:Card/Document Production.

April 20'13 Recieved mail from USCIS welcome notice.

April 22'13 USCIS email that USPS picked up mail containing my GC.

April 25'13 Green Card on hand,finally!...
