In lieu of the fact that I called about my RFE and discovered it had been received, but did not get the notice until days later, I called becuase of the touches I've been getting and discovered I'd been approved!!! The person at USCIS confirmed there was a problem with the notification system, but confrimed that my application was approved and that I should receive my NOA2 soon :)

I also called Pao and woke her up out of bed to tell her the good news WHOO HOOO!

Ok, now how long will my file sit in the mail room before actually going to NVC ... :lol::unsure::wacko:

Congrats!! Great to hear the the phone call paid off!!! Who knows what is going on with USCIS communication but we are leaving them behind and are off to NVC and the Dept of State! What a sense of relief!
