Toothpaste tube squeezing

I am an inveterate toothpaste tube squeezer-from-the-middle. My BF squeezes from the bottom. Luckily this is not a major bone of contention, not like the toilet tissue over/under issue. I can report I finally won that one and have been given permission to put the tissue OVER from now on.

I squeeze from the end but my husband squeezes from the middle.. grr, drives me nuts. WE finally bought one of those toothpaste squeezer things and he enjoys using it ..lol

I meticulously squeeze from the end, si man. Conversely, Mrs. T-B. (who brush-teeths approx. 5x daily & wears out one toothbrush/week) gives her toothpaste tubes a violent, twisting "chicharron" that makes me glad that the tube isn't my neck, si man... er, no man... er... you get it. She typically applies the paste directly from tube to teeth, which is unorthodox but efficient, in a way.

ETA: By the way, everyone who participates in this poll should do the same in the "Wedgies, si man" and "Cat Barf, si man" polls, si man.

No matter how you squeeze it, you have to milk the tube to get all the paste out eventually. Back in days of crimped metal tubes, squeezing from the middle could cause the crimp to unfold, or the tube to crack, causing a leak. In the age of manmade materials, that is less likely to happen, although many of the sealers and adhesives I use with the hotter solvents still come in metal tubes, and it can be a big mess when they start leaking, no matter how carefully you fold and roll the tubes.

I have been known to cut the end off of tubes to get the last bits out for brushing purposes.

I wish you would stop using the si man, no man, see man routine. I really do want to read what you have to say, but as soon as I see those words I skip directly over your posts. Please, I sincerely, and nicely, beg you to stop. It is very distracting, and beyond the point of being anywhere close to funny.

Having said that..... isn't it a violation to advertise and solicit clients to your poll without the express authorization of the OP?
