EAD/AP arrived today.

i got approval notice for both my EAD and AP today!!! pretty sweet!! Also, my interview is in less than 30 days.

Congrats guys! i hope i'll receive mine as well soon..

July 14, 2012 - (day 0) - AOS(I-485) / EAD(I-765) / AP(I-131) Sent to Chicago Lock Box

July 20, 2012 - (day 6) - received e-mail and text message notifications for AOS / EAD / AP

July 23, 2012 - (day 9) - check encash

July 30, 2021 - (day 16) - I-797c NOA received for AOS / EAD / AP and Biometrics schedule

August 14, 2012 (day 31) - Biometrics appointment

September 14, 2012 - (day 62) - USCIS online EAD status change to Card/Document Production

September 25, 2012 - (day 73) - received EAD combo card in mail

Feb 14, 2013 - followed up with NBC. adviced will received letter within 15 days

March 5, 2013 - received text & e-mail status change to
Decision

March 11, 2013 - received text & e-mail status change to
Card/Document Production

March 12, 2013 - received text & e-mail status tracking number ETA March 13

March 14, 2013 - (day 234) - GC on hand :)

EAD / AP Mailed today! ... Just got a txt for our AOS interview on 10/15 !!! :dance:

Congrats! looking at your timeline your biometrics was Aug. 16 and mine is Aug. 14 but until now the status online still "Initial Review" for EAD / AP :(

Argh. It has been nothing but trouble for us... finally sent off the response to the RFE last week. Still having issues with them saying documents are undeliverable when we receive them in the mail. It just seems like utter chaos at USCIS. :(

I dont know why are process are taking too long. We sent it on july 12 and we had our biometric on august 31 ( a month and a half later). I see peope here that they have been approved and they submitted later :,(D ont get it... No rfe, everything went well on my biometrics? Why are they taking so long with my case?

Your timeline says your NOA1 date is in August. The people that are getting approved have NOA1 dates in July. The estimate on your timeline has not yet passed either (Sep 21- 24). I haven't seen any early August approvals as yet just mid-late July. Yours is coming soon. Hopefully within the next week or Two. :)
