Looking dispassionately at the stated facts of this case, I do not see how it could ever have been approved.

Who's case are you referring to and why don't you see how it could get approved?

Thank you and I will keep you updated. There were 3 ppl on VJ that interviewed in a 10 day span and we all had the same CO. She denied everyone and all of us for the same reason. All of our spouses said that she denied everyone that went to her window. One of which was a women that was denied and that is unusual. She does not even give AP to anyone just denials. We are all getting together to discuss this. Thanks for your kind words.

They didn't look at your evidence and lied to you. Simple as that.Happens in Lagos all the time. You have a strong rebuttal if given the chance. You will be approved at one point, even if you may have to refile. Hang in there. No one here can tell you they can't see how it ever would have been approved. That is a ridiculous ASSumption. They clearly did not take his evidence and therefore did not want to see it because their mind was made up.

I think he meant the OP had enough red flags for any high fraud consulate to come to a rash decision, not that they don't have a genuine relationship.

Perhaps. But the real red flag I see from the initial OP's post is the fact that the CO lied about having interviewed them both separately

and that never happened. So...the CO lied.

That is a very serious matter and I hope the CO will be called on it. They are playing a game. They will lose.

It would not be the first CO on a power trip.

There was one who took bribes, lied, tried to coerce females into sexual favors and was fired.

I have no patience for ####### like that.

I am sure that most CO's have complaints made about them on a very regular basis.

According to the OP's post we DO KNOW that the CO lied because there was no interview for BOTH separately. One can only go by what the OP posts

not by what the OP doesn't posts. My opinion stands therefore that the CO lied.

I am also sure there have been many complaints against CO's, however when a CO gets his behind fired with proven corruption charges then it is what it is.

It is not odd for CO's to have issues at all.

Possible. More likely him trying to readjudicate an approved petition which will not stand once overcome and his lie will be exposed, hopefully

with an attorney's legal guidance he will have to answer for that.

The attitude of CO was very rude and what i feel that she may be already decide that she has to refuse us yes every one is saying that refusing female is very odd but what heart and soul said is true that we all three had same INA code and i am surprise that no one has any info when our paper will reach to USCIS and when we get our second interview date.

is every INA code 212(a)(5)(A) mean non petition able plz guys help me i am very confuse and how long embassy take time to send back paperz to USCIS.And how long USCIS will take time to contact to petitioner .plz guys help me.
