From what I see, the December filers are now being approved..... closer every day.....

Yes, they are approving December filers. My NOA1 is December 30. Probably I will hear from them within the next couple of weeks.

I saw a NOA 1 dated Jan 3rd, and got approved May 10th, Country was Peru, now it is getting exciting

I am now seeing NOA1 dated 1-28-2012 being approved and the country is Columbia. This is getting quite interesting.

We are early January, though we sent it off the 29th of December, it was received about the 5th of January. We got our NOA2 last Friday (11th). Now waiting on NVC to confirm that they have received our file, so we can soon get our case number. Different service centers seem to have different approval times. Ours was at California; and they have really speed up quite a bit.

I hope for the best for those who are still waiting. Hope you'll get a positive response soon.

I just got notified tonight that our I130 was approved. We had received our NOA1 on January 14. Good luck to everyone. Patiently waiting.....

I'm a January filer as well. No news as of yet, but hopefully something soon! Let's revisit this post once we get our approvals to "celebrate" one another ! :thumbs:
