My husband became a U.S. Citizen today.

I just wanted to give a shout out and huge thank you to everyone here. Not just the site administrators, (who do an excellent and generous thing) but to the whole community for support, advice, information, and keeping their timelines current. I've been with VisaJourney.com all the way from the beginning, and it's been my go-to resource.

Thank you all for being here and for being great. Keep a good thing going!

congratulations, make color copies of your naturalization certificate, for your us passport you need to send the ogiginal certificate in three or four weeks thay will return it back to you be sure to sign the naturalization, you can register to vote, after your certificate comes back go the your narest social security office to upgrade your us status as us citizen,no longer green card.
