NOA2 received for I-129F, what should I do now?

What to do after receiving NOA2?

Also, when do I have to file and submit an affidavit of support? And can I fill one on my own as I make more than required for a household size of 2 according to the Federal Poverty Guidelines or do I still need another?

The beneficiary will take the I134 Affidavit to the interview. It is filled out by the petitioner only.

Please read the guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide and scroll down to where it says What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2):

Make sure you have everything and sent it to your fiance right away. For the specific instructions of what he'll have to present at the interview, you may want to visit the Regional Forums, where people from your fiance's country will be able to provide specific instructions (at this point, they are country specific)

Good luck and grats! good.gif

Hi, If you made more than the poverty guideline shows, your I-134 will be fine.Take it to the interview with you. Here's some great info for you to look over http://www.visajourn...n&cty=Islamabad Good Luck :)

*Also if either of you are divorced make sure to take a certified copy of the divorce degree/certificate with you to the interview also.
