i just call DOS they said yes it was an error on that site for k1 visas..... but we got update today that ur case is not in Administrative Process now... and its in aprovel process soo u have to wait..!!! now what? and cosulate is not replying ..... i dont knw what they want ... am not feeling well bcz of this situation.....!!

yep, I figured it out and have a copy now, of the DS-3025. still waiting on the hubby to complete the support paperwork. we should have everything together at the end of this week to finally send it off.

We got approved!!!! yyayyyyyyyyyyy :dance:

Congrats!! when is POE?

Last day in work today. Very bittersweet! This time next week I'll be with my love for good :-)

woo hoo! just a few days left!

And it looks like our interview date is February 28, so now we have that and I can start planning to fly there.

Omer, I'm sorry you are going through this process, as aforementioned, it is common for middle eastern males to be put through a lengthy AP, from what I've read, there is nothing you can do but wait, check periodically, but try to remain as calm as you can through this process, hopefully it will go quickly. Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that your passport with visa packet has already been sent to you via our official courier service.

You may contact the courier office after 1-2 days in order to collect your visa package.

You may also check on the status of your case at https://ceac.state.gov/CEAC/

We hope that this information is helpful to you in responding to you client.

Flight to join my fiancee has been booked. I fly out of Las Vegas at 16:55 local time on 02/24, and land at 23:05 Lisbon time on the 25th.

Mar 11, 2013 - Visa arrives
Mar 12, 2013 - POE Boston
Mar 22, 2013 - Married

May 30, 2013 - NOA for AoS; the next road begins
