I finally got confirmation that our stuff was delivered. Now I can start obsessively checking my bank account to see if the checks are cashed. :P

AOS

5/16/2012 - Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox at 1:33pm

5/21/2012 - Email/text notifications received at 4:50 p.m.

5/26/2012 - NOA hard copies received for I-130, I-485 and I-765

6/19/2012 - Biometrics completed.

7/02/2012 - Text/email/hard copy notification of interview.

7/30/2012 - EAD card production ordered.

8/02/2012 - Interview @ 2:00

8/02/2012 - Email notification of GC production at 5:30pm

8/07/2012 - Second GC production email

8/07/2012 - EAD received.

8/08/2012 - GC mailed.

8/09/2012 - Welcome letter and I-130 approval letter received.

8/10/2012 - Green card received. :)

I finally got confirmation that our stuff was delivered. Now I can start obsessively checking my bank account to see if the checks are cashed. :P

That's what I'm doing now. My package was delivered and signed for in Chicago on Friday, the 11th. Still no word, and no activity on my bank account. Sure would like to get that electronic notification just to know that a human has opened the package and input something into a computer.

You will probably get it at 1:52 in the AM... :lol: I am not sure why they send the notifications so early in the morning...thats when i got mine :)

My check was cashed.

I received my Biometrics letter.

BUT I STILL HAVE NOT GOT ANY NOA1 (email, text or hard copy).

NOTHING!

Should I be concerned??

Find the receipt number/s in your biometrics letter and enter them in the USCIS site to check the status.

We sent our AOS package on May 10, it was deklivered the next day and I have just received a text and email confirmations for 4 applcations (though they don't specify which ones exactly). My husband hasn't received any confirmation for I-130 yet. Is it how it's supposed to be?

Day 0 - 05/10/12: Mailed AOS package to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Priority Mail;

Day 1 - 05/11/12: Package delivered to Chicago Lockbox;

Day 6 - 05/16/12: NOA1 email/text notification;

Day 7 - 05/17/12: Checks cashed by USCIS;

Day 9 - 05/19/12: Hard copies of NOA received;

Day 13 - 05/23/12: ASC Appointment Notice (biometrics scheduled for 06/15/12);

Day 19 - 05/29/12: Walk-in Biometrics (second attempt successful);

Day 32 - 06/11/12: Email and letter in hand with an appointment notice for the interview (scheduled for June 12, 2012);

Day 63 - 07/12/12: Interview at National Benefits Center: APPROVED!

Day 68 - 07/17/12: Email saying that I-485 was approved and card production ordered!

Day 72 - 07/21/12: Welcome Letter in Hand!

Day 76 - 07/25/12: Green card arrived in mail!

Then you have 4 receipt numbers found in each of the emails, go to the USCIS website and enter each receipt number to check the case status and it will show which application it's associated to. if you received the notifications today check the status in a few days because until then the status of your applications won't be in the system yet

they only send message to one number and one email account I think.

I got 4 messages too, which are for I-130, 485, 131, 765

so I don't know what is the 5th message you were expecting. :o :o

I received an email today and when i track it online it says there that they received our packet last May 14, 2012.

Finally i have my NOA1 now so happy! Waiting for biometric schedule and noa1 hard copy :)

I spoke to my lawyer this morning and he told me that he will be filing my package tomorrow. I guess that makes me a may filer.

Received text message on may 14th , indicating acceptance of AOS package but as of tonight check still hasn't been cashed...

I have numbers and can check my status ....765 is in initial review stage and 485 is still in the acceptance stage

Two days have gone by and still haven't seen check clear the bank.

Not sure what to make of this.........guess we'll just wait for hard copy of NOA

I am an April filler too. Just send my package today with I 485, I 765,. So exited......

April 3rd 2012: I 130 send to Chicago

May 16th 2012: I 485, I 765, I 131 send by USPS priority mail at the Chicago lockbox

May 18th 2012: AOS received and signed by D.Colonna at 2:18pm at Chicago

June 4th 2012: got my all package return, restarting from level zero again :((((

June 6th 2012 Wednesday (day 0): Info pass and resend the whole package by USPS express mail at the chicago lockbox

June 7th 2012 Thursday (day 1) : package received and signed by Arturo B at 11:45 am

June 19th 2012 Tuesday (day 12): text notification that application was received by USCIS

June 20th 2012 Wednesday (day 13): check was cashed

June 26th 2012 Tuesday (day 19): Hardcopy NOA dated June 19th.

June 28th 2012 Thursday (day 21): appointment notice for bio on July 9th at 1:00 pm

July 9th 2012 Monday (day 32): bio completed

July 13th 2012 Friday (day 36): email for an RFE, soo sad:(

July 19th 2012 Thursday (day 42): RFE in mail

August 1st 2012: RFE response under review
