I don't know if you "should" be concerned, but I certainly would be. :(

Have you looked at your fed ex receipt and double checked the address? Maybe it's taking longer because you sent it to the street address rather than the PO Box?

I don't think it's panic time yet, other people haven't heard yet either. Hopefully you hear something by the end of today.

Well, here's the delivery info:

Delivery date: May 11, 2012 10:21 AM

Sign for by: J.CHYBA

Delivery location: Chicago, IL

The J.CHYBA guy is a name I've seen in other people's posts here about delivery receipts, so I feel like it arrived at the right place. I called USCIS today, and they looked me up. There's no record of my petition being processed. They told me not to worry until 30 days have passed.

I just don't know what more I can do at this point.

Yeah, I've seen that guy's name too. For some reason, your package must have gotten put in a pile and they haven't gotten to it yet. Fingers crossed you hear soon.

I hope you're right. I keep wondering if it got kicked under someone's desk or accidentally fell in a trash can or something. :(

Ok, so my package was delivered and signed for on May 11. It's now May 22, and nothing from USCIS at all. No notifications, letters in the mail, cashed checks, nothing at all.

Should I be concerned yet? I'm worried to death that my package has gotten lost in the shuffle or something, especially after seeing folks who sent their package in after me getting notifications.

This is frustrating.

Hi there, welcome to the club. I have been waiting for 15 days now and still nothing. I had my delivery confirmation from USPS, a guy called R Mercado signed for it, but haven't even received the sms/email notification yet. What number did you call them?

I called 800-375-5283. The people were very nice, but unfortunately, they had no information to offer me. I'll bet your situation will be the same. Maybe we just got placed on the bottom of the pile.

Thank you! Yeah, it makes me think over the way they work on this, I saw on the AOS timelines that 7 people filed on the same day than I did, 4 are still waiting for the noa, so it makes me to believe mine is placed on the botton of the pile too :(

Good luck, hope we get tood news soon!

I just got a text message with the 3 case numbers (AOS, EAD, AP). Happy to, finally, after 15 days, get some news.

The I-485 case status on USCIS website is on the "Acceptance" circle and the statement starts with "On May 21, 2012, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case", however the other 2 ones are on the "Initial Review" circle. Is that normal? Thanks everyone :)

Timeline

Got my bio appointment today, scheduled on June 5th, 2 weeks from today.

I am gonna try to do early walk-in since the place is only 5 mins drive from my house.

Good Luck!

Does it ever tell you online that they have sent the biometrics notice? Or you just find out when it shows up in your mailbox?
