I don't think you you should be worried, I send my package on the 16th, they got it on the 18th and nothing yet.

It took up to 2 weeks for some to get something.

We just have to hang in there!!

Hey guys, I see the Bio appointments happen usually less than 30 days from the filing date. As you see on my timeline, I received a text with the case numbers on May 22nd, but no noas hard copies and biometrics letter yet, should I be worried?

Today is holiday and I have a chance to get it tomorrow in the mail... just wondering if I can show up to the appointment in a later date if I don't get it in time :/

We just had our biometrics appointment today at 3:00pm at the Portland, Oregon office. It was extremely fast, in fact, I only saw one other couple in the entire building! First we went through security and there were three very friendly guards (who all seemed to secretly want to be comedians). We were directed to the double doors on the left and filled out a short questionnaire asking things like hair and eye color, race, and previous names used. Then my husband was called over and had his fingerprints, photo and signature done. All in less than 15 minutes! Everyone was very friendly, the building was new and clean, and I don't think I've ever had better customer service anywhere. Seriously.

Good luck to everyone else. I'm crossing my fingers for all of you!

Good to hear about your experience! This is the part I'm excited about because I know it's a breeze. I'm gonna do mine in the morning instead of following the 3pm schedule. Gotta get it out of the way so we can see the museum all day... so excited!

I had my walk-in biometrics today. It was my second attempt though. I came in last Friday, and they turned me down saying that unless I have evidence that I won't be able to come on the scheduled date (June 15), they won't let me have biometrics done. However, they offered me to come back on Tuesday and gave me an application to fill out at home. So today I came prepared and was the 2nd person in the queue. All went pretty smoothly, and now I will be impatiently waiting for EAD. and I hope and keep my fingers crossed that we won't get any RFEs... Good luck to everyone!

Finally, some good news to report. I noticed last week that our checks had been cashed, although I never received an e-notification. Well, today I called USCIS, and after waiting for about 10 minutes, was assisted by a very pleasant and helpful woman who looked up my information, verified that my cases had been filed, and gave me case numbers for all 4 of our petitions.

I have created an account on the USCIS website, and can see all four of them there.

She did tell me that our NOAs had been sent via USPS last Tuesday. I'm figuring that since yesterday was a holiday, they should arrive tomorrow or Thursday.

Anyway, it feels good to know that things are finally on the move, even if just barely!
