This is incorrect. Please make sure you are replying based on the process the person asking is undergoing, not the process you did, if those two are different.

2/06/13: APPROVED!

Please make sure you check the OP's situation before answering a qn. She is AOSing from A K1/K2. She is NOT required to submit anything for the USC except the I-864 and supporting documents.

No. He is not involved in this process except for the I-864 and supporting info.
