I work in customer service. We usually hate getting "angry people" on the line, but they almost always get their will! B-) good job.

Haha! I as well worked in call centers for over 5 years, and I have never been angry over the phone, simply stating that when I am given misinformation I will be as persistent as necessary until they complete their task at hand.

Being assertive is not being angry. :)

Your so right, my mistake..I thought it had left NVC..NVC stop comes first..well, someone has a package going to Spain..OP when the NVC tells you it has been sent to the embassy try the dhl trick ..Congrats on the NOA2 :)

dhl trick not useful for CR-1/IR-1 visa chasers, at all.

for MOST countries, the interview date is set already and the beneficiary and petitioner both know it,

prior to the casefile leaving NVC.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
