How to remove the first green card.

Hello everyone,

currently i have my first green card (the case of 2 years) then i have to remove it after staying with my american wife while 2 years and my question is :

i know that i have to remove my first green card 3 month ahead, but is there any different solution to remove this first green card paying extra money for the case to get my permanant resident because i have to much going on with my wife now its too much espacialy with her 3 daughters? or i have to wait to finish 2 years?

You need to wait for the 2 years - there is no expedite or sooner option

Married: 6/17/11

I-130 Sent: 7/9/11

NOA1 : 7/14/11

I-129F Sent: 7/21/11

NOA2: 8/22/11

NVC Received: 8/24/11

NVC Left: 8/26/11

Consulate Received: 9/5/11

Packet 4 Received: 10/4/11

Medical Done: 11/7/11

Interview: 11/23/11

Approved: 11/23/11

Changed to CR1: 12/16/11

Medical Re-Done: 1/5/12

Waiting for Issuance of Visa.........

That's why they give a two year timeframe -to see if the couple will work through marital issues or decide to split up. They are looking for viability and too many marriages are ending before or soon after the two year "wait and see " timeframe. If you notice, many K1s are getting second interviews when they apply to adjust. There has been a noticeable trend of migration through marriage and divorce shortly after.

There is no privilege for cases for marital problems such as "we don't see eye to eye anymore". There's none for any case. Individuals have to wait their turn in the immigration line as they either try to work out their differences or chose to go their separate ways. In cases like these where there's no domestic violence, and the reason for migration was through marriage, the reverse is in the absence of the primary factor - marriage- then the beneficiary is advised to return to their homeland as the US govt. will not be responsible for providing for their welfare. Culture clashes and step-parents can be hard on marriages; especially on children. Sorry to hear about this. It takes a lot of work for peace, understanding, & respect to flow in the household.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
