I just got to US less than 3 weeks now,and I notice that my wife is having a serious lover here. And I got my hand on their pictures together, mail and e-mail,they exchange...And all these are showing in her characters, talking to me anyhow.,telling me that she will send me back to where I came from because she doesn't see my used here. She will buy me the ticket to go.After she let me quit my job,my school,my everything, get here, this is the surprise she has for me.I am so confused. But i did not let her know i know everything about she and her man.People what should I do?

Something similar happened to me many years ago except I wasn't married to him. It's an awful place to be. So sorry for you.

In my case I had no choice but to go back home.

If you try to stay she could cause you more problems than it's worth. Better you find this out now than years down the track when you are more embedded here.

Sure it will be hard to go back and start again but at least you won't have been away for years so you can start to pick up the pieces again.

My advice get divorced and go back home because, sadly, you have lost your beneficiary as well as your wife. So sorry :(

On edit - it's hard to give advice when we don't know your status so that was a good call for sulhaq to ask your status. Sorry I didn't think to ask and shouldn't give advice before knowing more facts.

Something similar happened to me, kind of vice versa. I'm assuming, from your profile, that you are here on a CR1 and have not received your GC yet. I would make an InfoPass appt and speak to them about your options. She cannot send you back. But what will happen is, if she decides she does not want to be with you anymore, the chances of you staying after your 2 yr GC expires are slim. When this happened to me, I went right away to an InfoPass appt and they were very helpful.....I strongly suggest you do the same. They told me things that I never read on this site. What I would NOT do is confront her about the emails, etc.....but ABSOLUTELY print them out and begin collecting evidence from NOW about her infidelity. This will help you in the long run.

I came on CR1 visa,so am waiting for the green card.Just monday she picked me to go and do the Social Security, and am also waiting for that. What i am getting to know right now is,it look like that is how she is which she hide from me from the beging.I am the third guy she got married to.The other guy was from Europe. When he got here and they got married 3 months time the guy got angry and left with same problem.the first one too was same problem. So am now getting to know that she is unfaithfully by birth. One of the mail saying that by just December 11,there are 3 men in her life. And as at now just dont know how many are we now...lol.I am really afraid of sickness too.

wHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO?Do you want to continue the relationship and forgive her or is it over? That is the first question you should ask yourself. If it is over then you might just pack and go back home.

You dont even have the green card yet so if you were allowed in based on the visa and you guys are no longer together then you have to go home.

If OP came on a CR-1 he is already an LPR regardless of if his GC has arrived yet or not. He doesn't have to leave, but may have trouble with ROC in the future if the marriage dissolves so quickly.

Another one - what is going on today? In one day we have 3 relationships gone sideways, 2 wives and a fiancee.

OP, fortunately your GC is en route, but unfortunately your faith appears to be headed in the same direction as the other 2 ex husbands.

Don't tell her you are aware of her behavior - keep that info to yourself until you're able to deal with the certain fall out. Unless you want to and plan to go back to your country, start making plans for the break up once the poo-poo hits the fan. For example, if she decides she wants you out of her house immediately, you need to have plans for another place to live. Gather any documents now that you'll need later to file for ROC

Whats up with the unfaithful wives and fiances today? Love is the strongest force on the planet and peoples hearts should not be played with like dice.

-sigh-

Talk to a lawyer and see what your options are. Google "free immigration services" and find out whats available in your area.

I'm sorry you're going through all this.
