OP: Did you go through AOS (Adjustment of Status) from a K1 visa? This normally leads to a 2 year greencard, not a ten year one. Or did you do Removal of Conditions, leading to a 10 year greencard? It would be helpful if you filled in your timeline.

89 days? I'm 300+ days and STILL waiting.

Im on the same boat as you... i waited 368 days to see if i will recieved any god news, touches, called them a lot , physically and emotionally exhausted. called all saints :help: that i know. Finally, they heard my prayer. I open my inbox today, and guess what,?!?!:guides: A letter from uscis stating they order card production and will mail the card within 30 days upon recieving the notice letter (L) . I guess thats a good sign. give me a little relief. But for me to be sure it was the right email from uscis. i went to their website and type in my application number to see if its the same letter i got from my inbox. Yes its the same letter..:yes::dance: Thanks God, and blessed those people who touch my application. Dont loose hope, you soon will recieve one good news too.

Hello. I am back. I worked a long shift today. In answer to all those wondering about how we seem to jump right past the 2 year conditional green card phase, is that we have been married for 2 and a half years. I questioned the IO about this, since some have clearly mentioned that we needed to file an I-130, if we had been married for more than two years, and that way we would not have to do a ROC, but would receive a ten year automaticately. The IO said that we would not have to go through that. Next comes citizenship.

I will work on our time line for all to see.
