Im so confused!!! I spoke to a rep on Thursday , who informed me that all three of my cases were complete and the next step would be to wait for an interview date to be assigned. Friday I also call about 30 minutes before they closed and was told again case complete, well today I receive an email from the NVC stating something about the financial part on the form being incomplete but my lawyer received an email early last week from the NVC stating that they had everything that they need, has this ever happened to anyone else, I'm about to go nuts!!!!!!

Plus I never knew you could receive emails from NVC on Sunday!!

Friday I also call about 30 minutes before they closed and was told again case complete, well today I receive an email from the NVC stating something about the financial part on the form being incomplete but my lawyer received an email early last week from the NVC stating that they had everything that they need, has this ever happened to anyone else, I'm about to go nuts!!!!!!

Plus I never knew you could receive emails from NVC on Sunday!!

It must be a computer problem, I also did receive an email from NVC today asking for DS-3032 which was already emailed and accepted

These are called "False Checklists" They are sent out when either the AOS packet or the IV packet have been accepted and the system generates an email asking for one or the other. It's perfectly normal and nothing to worry about! :star:

Because NVC generates auto-emails, you can get them at really odd times. I got my AOS acceptance email at 5am on a Monday morning.

DS 3032 sent a week ago still not IV application fees . i just get a automatic message , but no letter from NVC stating they receieved and accepted my choice of agent form. want to know if this waiting is normal.

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

Hi! Im quite confused. Ive got received the DS 3032 from the NVC and abt to sent it tom to the NVC via snail mail. But what abt sending DS 3032 via email that your talking abt? In the letter they said il be sending the form with the address they indicated but how abt emailing? Kinda confused pls help me out abt this guys. Cuz il be sending DS 3032 tom. Thanks in advance.

I am going to pay my AOS and IV fees tomorrow to my attorney... First time I've ever been excited about spending a large amount of money XD

Hope tomorrow brings good news to many of you! :)

My husband received an email 2 days ago saying NVC accepted his choice of agent and all future

correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the

DS-3032.. and just a few minuted ago I received an email from NVC giving my husband instructions

on how to send DS-3032, it was dated the same day my husband received the acceptance of the DS-3032

I'm guessing its a computer delay :S I'm going to call them tomorrow and see whats goin on

Ignore the DS-3032. That email was generated before they got around to your email with the DS-3032 data. There's a time delay between generation of emails and actually receiving them. Just ignore it. Your IV bill should be invoiced within the next few days.

Looking into my flight options for June POE. As far as I can remember, it's better to get a return ticket right? As opposed to a one way.

Also, will it be an issue (or at least just look weird) that I'll be doing my POE a month and a half after my interview date? I have a perfectly good reason for it in case anyone asks at the border :unsure:

I would suggest pricing out both options. It is usually less expensive to buy a round-trip ticket, but that's not always the case.

02/21/12 - RFE for both (received hardcopy on 2/25)

02/28/12 - Responded to RFE for both(received by CSC on 2/29)

03/12/12 - NVC Received both

03/21/12 - NVC case number and IIN received for both & Emailed Choice of Agent for both

03/23/12 - AOS bill invoiced & paid for both

03/27/12 - Choice of Agent accepted for wife (sent another for step-daughter via email and express mail)

03/28/12 - Choice of Agent accepted for step-daughter & IV bill invoiced & paid for wife

04/16/12 - Expedite requested for both cases due to NVC error

04/18/12 - Expedite request approved for both cases and sent to Santiago Embassy

Embassy: (15 days)

04/24/12 - Embassy received both cases from NVC

04/25/12 - Wife went to Embassy for document review. Interview date assigned for both cases.

04/26/12 - Medical Exam for both. Result - approved.

05/07/12 - Interview date for both. Result - approved!

05/09/12 - Received both Visas

05/16/12 - POE Atlanta
