I have several of these and have given them as gifts, si man. Unfortunately, the creatoress (a lady in Austin, TX) abandoned them a couple of years ago, reasoning that she spent more time answering questions about them than selling them, sigh man. I snapped up about a dozen of her remaining ones, si man.

Interestingly, in the 5 months of the new cat, I can't see that she has barfed at all, no man. I hope that she's not defective.

Edited to add: As if on cue, man, the cat barfed up her breakfast, in an oblong-cylindrical turgid mass, directly by her food bowl. This was cause for celebration in that we have finally been accepted, si man.

Wow, how did I miss a cat poll? Oh yeah, I rarely venture to this part of VJ.

We are both extreme cat people and dislike dogs. We both clean up barf. It cleans up better on carpet if dry. Prefer to let it cool if on tile. I don't like to feel the warmth coming through the paper towel. I make an exception if it's on my hardwood floor and go for immediate clean up.

Adopted our third two weeks ago. Only 1 of 3 cats barfs, even though all are long-haired.

I have a mystery barf situation I'd like opinions on. On our patio there was a HUGE barf, bigger than any housecat barf I've seen. About 5 inches long and 1inch diameter. Husband picked it up with a zip-lock. Upon examining it, you could see lots of debris or hair/grass or whatever plus bugs, pieces of dry pet food kibble, and one or two tiny gray mice. Husband identified the mouse. I've never seen a mouse around my home...only those white ones in pet stores. What the heck could have left us this nice surprise? I've never even seen any critters inside our fenced yard.

Six months with the new kitty, and she hasn't barfed that we've seen, no man. The only relevant instance was a minor hairball that she hacked near her food bowl.

I haven't had a cat since I was a kid. I stopped trying to own one because the coyotes never thought I deserved to keep them, dead man.

But once I even started squealing with delight at the chance of taking part in another Mr. TB poll my wife promptly muted her speakers on her laptop so to her I just looked like an energetic mute.

But, judging from my wife's reaction to the thought of puke I now know I would be the one filling those janitorial services, clean man.

She wasn't happy that I said I would let our kid, if we had one, play in it. Her reaction made it worth it though!

Only having hardwood floors and tile in the house makes clean up a bit easier whether it was dry or fluid, mop man.

My cats both earned nastiest barf awards. My older cat has a weak stomach in his old age. Fancy Feast is a sure fire way to induce kitty vomiting. Not sure why, every other canned food seems to agree with him.

My younger cat makes sure to run as quickly as he can when he feels a puking spell to hurl on my living room carpet.
