Whats the current fee to file I-129f?

Travel.State.Gov (http://travel.state....types_1263.html) lists it as $350, while USCIS Filing Fees website (http://www.uscis.gov...000b92ca60aRCRD) lists it as $340.

???

I would go with the info on the USCIS site; however... why don't you give them a quick phone call and ask? Just to be on the safe side. It's a toll free number and you can even call through Skype.

the first link is from DOS and lists the visa fees.

the second link is from USCIS and lists the form filing fees.

your filing form I-129F with USCIS so it is $340

edit: filing the petition and applying for the visa are 2 completely different things. you file the petition with USCIS ($340) then when that is approved you apply for a visa from the DOS ($350)

Good question.

Go with the USCIS fee schedule. As noted in the first link (DOS) that you list: " For other fees (relating to forms starting with an "I" select USCIS Forms and Fees for additional information."

As is noted by the above response and also in the second link, calling USCIS is certainly a viable option, if you have a question.

Consider reporting back to the forum with the results of your inquiries, certainly forum members will appreciate the information update.

Good luck.

Am going to try the 1-800-375-5283 line; I'll let you know what I find out :)

there is no need as the 2 links are for 2 different things... the first link was for "visa fees" and the second link was for "form filing fees". your filing a form which means that you pay the relevant fee for that form

Don't need to let us know, we have already paid the $340 to USCIS for the petition and many of us have paid the $350 for the visa application already... its not a mystery to us.

You got the correct answers, but its your dime.
