I cant say right now but i know a Guy from a agency who provides a good deal.i will let you know. May be you will change ur mind.

I ask this because I am a graduate student and I don't necessarily make an "annual" income. I am on a stipend and I get paid for as long as I work during the year. Since I go on vacation during summer months, I don't get paid then. So I take my last year (2011) as my guide... My employment letter contained my total income that was reported on my 2011 W2. Other than that, as a student, I don't have a set income I can report. As page 64 says, I can't just take my bi-weekly income and multiply by 2 then by 12. Different pay scale during the Fall and Spring semesters then it is for summer and I've never been around during a full summer (because I go on vacation) to know. What do you suggest? Because my semester pay IS the same every year, whatever I got paid in total last year (2011) is close to what I may get this year, assuming I go on vacation again...

We just got the DS-3032 Acceptance email. It was only sent to the Beneficiary's email address. I thought the petitioner would be cc'd in the email because the beneficiary cc'd petitioner in the initial email.

It doesn't have the wordings like "DS-3032 has been ACCEPTED" ! but it just a plain email letter (see below). Hope this is the "DS-3032 Acceptance email that everyone is talking about

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the DS-3032.

I sent the DS-3032 email on Monday straight after getting the NVC number, but haven't got an acceptance of rejection yet. I did get the auto response so should I just wait for them to process the email or re-send the email?

I'd say wait, cos I'd sent mine on the 8th immediately after getting the case #, and got an acceptance e-mail on 16th.

No but there's a direct SAN - London Heathrow with British Airways.

Ofcourse Saylin you can join too.It was my dream too to see Paris. I was thinking when Nvc March 2012 Canadian filler will finally reach to their destination may be a year or after on a Summer vacation, all can go to Paris together.(Ofcourse only who wants to join).That will be fan.

Nope, I never mailed a paper copy. I just happened to re-send the e-mail I'd sent on the 8th, cos I wasn't sure if my earlier mail had gotten accepted or rejected. But on receiving the acceptance mail y'day, I realized that they'd indeed received the e-mail I'd sent on the 8th and the acceptance was a reply to that.

There's no such thing as an IV package: once you've paid the IV fee, you'll have a link on the receipt page of the payment portal taking you to DOS website for instructions. Just read the guides linked in the 1st page of this post and prepare your IV package accordingly, then you can send it as soon as your payment status turns to PAID.
