Ok Maybe a dumb Question, but it says that I need a copy of my birth certificate FRONT AND BACK showing i was born in USA. But there's nothing on the back of Birth Certificate and when I make a copy of front it shows up on copy of being VOID, like its incriptid in there or something.

Any feed back would help.. Thanks

Make a photocopy of it. Front and back is needed.

How bout scanning it and then printing a copy. Thats what i did and you dont need to make a copy of the back part since theres nothing in it.

I've read about a few dozen people not having anything on the back, and the scanner didn't show anything. So they submitted a blank sheet of paper saying "back of birth cert.". Free paper isn't the worst thing to get, huh. :)

K1 process, October 2010 > POE, July 2011

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

EAD/AP Approval took 51 days from NOA1 date to email update. (77 days from filing until EAD/AP in hand)

AOS Approval took 206 days from NOA1 date to email update. (231 days from filing until greencard in hand)
