does someone have the same problem here can tell me how much that will take and if i have to have a new case

You need to wait and get the notice and then tell us what the notice says - no one can advise you on what to do next properly until you share what the notice says.

so what we have to do now

1. wait until the notice is received by the Petitioner, via postal mail.

2. READ the notice

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I am actually shocked that you had an initial denial, then a NOIR to respond to, and NOW you are asking what it means when they revoke your petition??   It seems you didn't realize how serious the NOIR was....I am really sorry to hear this, but revoked is pretty bad news. I think there is an appeals process, but from what I understand, it is hard to overturn an officers denial on revoked petition, which means no living in America for you. You should have been researching all the possibilities as soon as you were denied last year. I'm so sorry for you guys!

I think I told you in another thread how serious that NOIR was when your mother in law received it. It was not a "request for more proofs"- it was your VERY LAST CHANCE to prove your relationship. Whatever you sent them, it was not enough to convince them, and now you're done. There is nearly a ZERO chance of you coming to live in America. I hope your wife has settled well there in Morocco, because if you want to live with her, it's bocadios and lemonada from now on. Sorry, bro.

Depends on the reason the petition approval was revoked. Revoked means "reversed". You no longer have an approved petition. USCIS has agreed with the Consulate that you are NOT eligible for a spouse visa. You know the reason better than any of us could possibly know.

Until you can overcome the reason for denial, you won't be coming to the USA. Whether your spouse moves to live with you or even remains married to you is between you and your spouse. If either USCIS or the Consular Immigrant Visa Unit believed you were eligible for the visa you sought, you would have the visa instead of a revoked petition approval.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Now you must frget about that petition and that visa.

Now you must send and start a NEW petition.

It will be very difficult to get approved after this denial and a NOIR denial.

YOu might want to get a lawyer this time. Because you seem to believe you did everything right and your relationship is real but the truth is the government doesnot believe you.

SO if you both fill out the papers again, and think everything is good----you will just make the same mistakes again

Get someone else to do the paperwork for you and make sure it is a GOOD immigration lawyer.

Good luck and I am sorry you were denied

I'm shocked at how little you know about the process you just went through, and I'm more shocked that you STILL don't understand the seriousness of what just happened. The NOIR was your chance, and you apparently blew it. And just filing another petition will not make what just happened go away. And what doesn't make sense?? The NOIR clearly stated why they don't believe your relationship. From what you told us, those reasons could have been easy to overcome. You said you sent chat records, but did you actually answer to each point they gave for a denial? Or did you just send in more evidence? Did you have personal letters from family in support of your relationship? Also, would you mind giving some info on your case? Like how many visits did your wife have, which visit did you get married. What's the age difference? Where did you meet?
