Comments : I tried to put my timeline on my profile but my case is really more different than the information asked on the timeline so i will write my experience by a message.
We sent the Form I-130 in April 2010 Approved for processing within 1 year and then I got my interview in 05/09/2010 and result was Visa Refusal and case sent back to USCIS which I've heard has happened to a lot of people with the 1st Interview. months after they sent the letter showing why they Refused the Visa, then not long after that we received "Intent to Revoke" we sent more proof we can but we got revoked and we appeal and we won our appeal and visa approved after 2 year of fighting GOD is great and if someone got REVOKED pleas contact me and i will help with my experience how we won our appeal and dont forget always pray to GOD and he will listen to you and never lose hope because some people here in visajorney told me that i cant win my appeal and i have 0 chance to travel with my wife to USA so this is the proof that faith and love will make you ALWAYS win

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
