Embassy Delhi India sent me petition to USCIS to either re-affirm or revoke, GOT NOID (notice of intent to revoke) from USCIS.

I have end of month to respond.

I have all the quesiton answered, which was in NOID.... with supporting documents. It was mistake on our part not to submit all together... long story..

Now, I am ready and gathering evidence and I have almost 6 inch thick papers that are arranged professionally and with reference to each other.

I have response to NOID...... Document list with reference defined, checked, double checked.....

1. Please advise for any thing..... PLEASE, I need your help.

2. How long does USCIS take to look at the response to NOID? What am I going to expect now? Please explain in details.

Thanks in advance for all the responses/comments/suggestions.

Moved from Progress Reports to Process & Procedures; OP is seeking answers and advice regarding the revocation process of a spousal visa petition from a case that was sent back to USCIS by an Embassy.

maybe your topic needs to be started again

I have seen moderators remind posters not to start duplicate threads on the same issue.

My suggestion is to reduce your response to under an inch. Expect a two to three month wait for any response from USCIS. Be aware also that a reaffirmation gets a second chance, not a guarantee of success. Whatever the issues were to begin with, unless they are sufficiently overcome, the Consulate will simply deny again.

I have a good news to share with all of you.

"7377p" response to NOIR is re-affirmed (it was done by USCIS in 5 working days) and sent to NVC at the middle of Feb...

and then NVC has forwarded the package to Embassy.

What else can be expected now for him? What are the next steps?

I have no idea and I can not suggest him anything.

Please help him.

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not know what the next steps are. I think another interview and hopefully he will be prepared to answer all relationship questions and anything they could possibly ask.

You should strt a NEW topic to get answers. Ignore this thread cause it is old. Start a new topic in the waiver section to get the best responses. Start your story over and ask what to expect from here on

Good Luck

As far as the consulate decision again.. maybe someone can help if you tell us what they asked for and what did you submit. Other than that the process would probably be the same as the last time. If medical/police report have not expired, the same ones can be used again otherwise, you will need fresh ones.

I will start a new topic and ask question there.

Matrixlll - It was a long list, I have to submit almost 4-5 inch thick papers to explain what Embassy found (which was not correct) after Embassy sent the petition back to USCIS and USCIS asked me to respond in 30 days..

I have explained and answers all the findings with support documents... and lot of additional documents, you can imagine 4-5 inch thick binder.
