Got an RFE the other day because USCIS lost my medical. Gah. Looking for civil surgeons in the area now.

They lost your oiginal medical (Done before your interview)?

Yep, they sure did. All they have is the vaccination records I sent along with my AOS. Obviously, I do not have copies of my medical results, since I wasn't allowed to open that envelope. So I get to do it all over again, MINUS the vaccination part.

I am sure if you contact the doctor who conducted your exam in your home country he should have your medical records and might be able to grab a copy. No harm in trying.

If they do have them, and can send me a copy, I'm wondering if I should still get it all transcribed onto an I-693? I assume so.

There was a rash of these last year as well. Looks like it isn't getting any better.

It's funny (.. kinda) that the ONE thing we don't send directly to them ourselves is the one thing they lose the most often.
