None of the American women I've dated or the one I was married to did this. Uh oh does that mean my ex and those girlfriends never really loved me? I should have known  I've heard about the biting a lot from other men married to Filipinas, maybe in general Filipinas tend to do it a lot more often and a lot harder, because most have seemed surprised to discover this habit.

It's good to know we are loved. I was bitten 2 times in the past 30 minutes

It is fairly common where I'm coming from. Babies and toddlers are even more bitable than grown men.

Well we'll have to welcome your husband to the Love Bites Husband club then  And I always thought it was the history of cannibalism in the Philippines that brought this out in my wife :innocent:

You guys ever notice that underarm hairs don't get split ends?

LOL. My wife requested our daughter to pluck out her pit hair. I had to leave the roomhuh.gif

1.) Brushes teeth before breakfast but not after dinner

2.) While brushing teeth, noisily and violently "cleans" throat

3.) Cleans ears with everything BUT a q-tip

4.) Beats furniture and beds, couches, etc with a rag to dust

5.) The way he kills house flies (hard to explain, something you have to see)

Though its odd, I also find these things highly amusing.

I am the petitioner.

Not that I've caught her at

There's two things that tell you a man has a typical Filipina gf or wife that loves him, number one is the clean and manicured nails. Number two is little bruises on his body and arms from the bites they affectionately give you. She always denies those bruises were caused that way, but the dang things are shaped like teeth! But you gotta take the good with the bad :hehe:

Hahahaha!

I am guilty of this. Oh but not the biting! in fact, it's the opposite... Nuninuninoooo

I always remind my husband to clip his nails. Even set the nail clipper on the sink before he goes to shower. ;)

Oddest thing I've seen my USC spouse do... Grind his teeth while he sleeps. And running away when a roach happens to skedaddle across the floor (right before I slap a wad of paper on it like a boss!)

Like a boss!! Haha. The one thing that I find funny about my fiance is that he persists in wearing what I term the "typical american jeans", baggy and loose. They make it seem like his butt is a lot lower than it actually is, and way BIGGER. No offense to american jeans. It could also just be his total unapologetic lack of fashion sense. In the beginning it horrified me. I remember one day we were going out exploring downtown and he arrived at my apartment wearing really classic (something my grandfather would wear) beige shorts, a tucked in blue polo shirt, "old man" sandals and... wait for it... black socks! The horror :-p I think I spent the first month of our relationship sneaking up behind him, untucking his shirts. Now I just look at him, shrug, smile and think to myself: "God I love this man".

My wife got me into watching The Walking Dead. Yesterday I bought two compendiums with the first 96 issues of the comic book as a present for her. Can't wait to read them, they look very interesting.

I've heard the Governor is even darker in the comic book. That's got to be really bad considering how bad he's been in the series.

I've only read a couple dozen pages so far, so I don't know yet.

My wife told me they have a little Walking Dead discussion circle thing going on at work. One of her co-workers told her the tv series is not like the comic books in that the plot is not the same, so you can't read the comic books and go "I know what's going to happen in the series next week". I like that.
