And in the span of a single week, got transferred to CSC and received AP/EAD approval and card production. It's a wonderful feeling to clear one hurdle and have only one to go.

Have AOS Interview April 18th, making sure we have everythign in order! But still ready for it to be over. Congrats to all my fellow Decmember filers who have recieved your GC.

we filed Dec. 1 for AOS we did not file for EAD or AP, we got our NOA'S, we got the biometrics done on scheduled date, and we got the notice that our case was transfered, all in the month of December, but we have heard nothing since then, 3 months of silence since December, any suggestions or comments???

It seems that a lot of cases that get transferred to CSC can take quite a while to be approved. I've read on other threads that you will have to wait five or six months before they let you put in a service request. Certainly no harm in calling them though.

Not really much you can do besides waiting. However, you can still submit the AP and EAD and waive the fee when you submit them with the NOA1 from your AOS. Odds are your AOS will be approved before then but at least it gives you something to do : )

I'm a December filer too, transferred to CSC in January. No updates on AOS since it was received at CSC. Travis&Meghan is right, the processing time is not faster when the case is transferred to CSC.

Just wanted to stop in and say only one week till our interview, I have been so stressed out, cant wait for this to be over.

Hi all

Had our interview today in Baltimore...Adjusting from B2.

Interview lasted about 10 minutes with mostly routine questions that were found on the application.

My husband who is getting the green card was asked most of the questions which included:

My birthday, my mothers name and where does she live, when he came, POE, has he left since he came and how we met.

I was asked his parents name and his birthday.

She asked if we wanted to give more evidence of marriage, and we gave her pictures, bills, insurance and lease. Said we will review the case again and we will get a decision.

Went on to say that green card is usally mailed within 3 - 6 months but people get it sooner.

Based on that we are assuming she is going to approve..keeping our fingers crossed.

Have any December AOS been approved lately from CSC? Ours was transferred already in late Dec but still waiting since that time.

We called again to check on my wifes AOS and they said after checking they are working on December 2, 2011 at this time, since ours is December 5, 2011 we will take this as good news, I hope its true, good luck to all December filers still waiting.
