OK SO IVE BEEN WAITING 145 DAYS AND STILL HAVENT HEARD A SINGLE THING!! iM SOOO SCARED SOMETHING IS GOING WRONG OR THIS ISNT GOING TO HAPPEN. iM JUST TO FED UP OF NOT KNOWING ANYTHING. tHIS THERE ANYWAY I CAN CALL?? aNY JULY FLIERS HAVE U HEARD ANYTHING!!

Hi, yes 145 days is a long time to be waiting, and I am with VSC and only 120 days, so I can't help you I'm sorry, but I'm just saying that it must be awful for you... :unsure:

Received Green Card 6th October. No Interview. Amazing!

  • 07-05-2011: NOA1 (CSC)
  • 01-05-2012: NOA2 (184 days since NOA1)
  • 01-13-2012: NVC passed
  • 01-19-2012: Embassy received our case
  • 02-14-2012: Interview PASSED! :D K-1 Visa Approved! :D

OH HANG IN THEREEEE MY FRIEND, AS SOON AS IT GOES OVER THE 5 MONTHS MARK I WOULD ADVICE CONTACTING YOUR CONGRESSMAN'S LOCAL OFFICE (sorry about the caps, saw it til i was almost thru)

they have been success stories, and some that was unsuccessful but it sure it worth the try....

I feel you, yea their taking sooo long...We're also July filer.We have called at USCIS several times they said wait a month or two hope not that long!!! hang in there your not alone with same case.

We're on 153days ,july filer, my fiance called Uscis and was told to call back on Monday and they will put in a request to find info updates about our case,cause he was told that he can't ask for updates until 5months has passed, and today is our deadline waiting for 5months is all... (hoping) to have that approval soon..
