I just talk to a buddy who did K-1 visa and he said that I should send I-129F right away. I did read guide and from my understanding I need make complite packages. Photos, copy of passport, letter that we will marry in 90 days and other documents.

So do I fill out I-129F and send it or I need get all documents first like my fiance need send her documents to me?

If some one can clarify what is the first step actually is?

Do i need send original copy of airline tickets or I can send a copy? Also other tickets where we went toghether.

Follow the guide here on the site. Part of sending in your I-129F is sending the photos, passport copies, birth certificate, biographical information form (everything on the guides here). You need to send this in all with you I-129F. Otherwise you will either be denied, or your package will simply be sent back.

You can send copies, just be sure to keep the originals. Sometimes they will mail you back asking for originals (not usually though).

You're buddy is saying put this packet together and send it as soon as possible. The waiting starts as soon as the government gets your packet. Until then you're just adding waiting time that isn't necessary.

Best of luck! And remember, just follow the guide! There are some wonderful sample forms posted that will help you as well!

You and your buddy should sit down and thoroughly read the instructions for the I-129F. If you read and understand those instructions then you will know that you can't simply file the form without the other required forms and supporting evidence. The VJ guides are almost entirely based on those form instructions.

Except for forms and documents that require a signature from you or your fiancee, you should always send photocopies of supporting evidence. If they have any questions about the original documents then they'll ask you to submit them, but that doesn't happen often.

You have to have met her in person within the last 2 years, show evidence to prove that, like copy of your passport and photos of you and her together. You send that with the I-129F. Other evidence like affadavits from people who know you/both of you and they can atest that you guys have a relationship and plan to get married as well as a letter from you and one from her stating that you both plan to marry as soon as she enters the US on the K-1. You both need to fill up the G325a forms, one for each of you and both signed. If you or her were married before you need to provide divorce records. There are several more things, you need to read the instructions. BUT dont just mail the I129F by itself. Your wasting your time and money.

You need to sit down, take some time, and review the guides...you are no where near close to sending anything. Take some time, read the guides, and you can't go wrong.
