Obviously get married in the 90 days. Then she needs to file for Adjustment of Status which presently costs $1070.

Wait 7-9 days after she arrives and go to the SSA office and get her a SS card. Then marry prior to 90 days. Getting her SS card before marriage will make your life easier.

You wait need to wait approximately 14 days after arrival for her to get updated into the SSA system. Applying before that time will not work.
