You might want to call the NVC customer service hotline then hear from them what to do. That is me. Get to know the process from the right authorities.

Congratulations! Your courtship is successful. U got to know her and discovered she is not the right woman to marry. Rejoice and I say it again REJOICE! Failure is when u married her and eventually realize she isn't the right person. (F) (F) (F)

You will need write the following: Please withdraw my petition IN BIG BOLD LETTERs your case # Your name address and birth date her name address and birthdate.

If you forget the birth dates you will have them returned.

You do no have to state why you are withdrawing just that you are.

Print it out sign it and mail it to the NVC USCIS AND THE MANILA EMBASSY mail 2 of the 3 certified return receipt save the return receipts. (US). Keep copies of the everything. You will need all this if you ever decide to petition someone else.

Follow these instructions to a T and it has a good chance of being withdraw with out delays.

You are a patience man, 2.5 years and this is her second time cheating on you.

There are tooo many Pinays and other women that would appreciate a good man and be loyal to you.

You're right to cut your losses and move on.

Right on.

You'll get through this. The heartache sucks, no doubt. But there is good news..... hundreds of thousands of single women are out there! . . . looking for a good man to love & be loyal to forever. You're better off leaving the cheater behind. Good luck to ya!
