You might want to call the NVC customer service hotline then hear from them what to do. That is me. Get to know the process from the right authorities. Congratulations! Your courtship is successful.

Oh no, its really so sad everytime I read things like this. I hope everything will be okay for you, move on. I am not professional on this matter but maybe try to call NVC and told them that you want to withdraw the petition in that way maybe you can hold them to not send the petition in the respective consulate. Then you can write a letter to USCIS to formally withdraw the petition.

You will need to put that in writing and sign it with your case numbers, MNL, etc. Calling is posible to cancel as well but, you need to do this in writing and sign it.

Also, what makes you think she cheated on you. ? You better have a good reason and I know the Philippine Culture.

I have cancelled my petition before, so this is what I did: I wrote a letter to the US embassy in Malaysia and asked them to cancel the approved petition. I typed it out, signed and dated it, and sent it by post.

December 2009 -- Visit to Malaysia.

February 2010 -- Applied for B2 visa, approved.

March 2010 -- Visited US.

April 2010 -- Returned from US.

May 2010 -- Sent in K1 Visa application.

July 2010 -- Received NOA2 in 71 days from NOA1.

July 2010 -- Packet 3 received.

August 2010 -- Cancellation of K1 Visa application.

She told me and the family had a talk with her...I mean the family just thhought she and the guy were frends... but they DIDNT know that it was more...they knew he had a committed gf but it went beyond that...i had a gut feeling that something is wrong because she changed...now that I'm right how is it possible to accept her back... I feel that I dont want to touch her again... believe me her family and frends are SHOCKED by what she did...but this is a nightmare no human should ever experience...

10/10/2014 Received Biometrics Appointment Letter, Biometrics scheduled for 10/30/14

10/22/2014 Early Biometrics Walk-in - Cleveland, OH - weird experience with the clerk there - told me I can go ahead and get my biometrics taken early, but it might be too early and it might not go through??? If it might be a problem, then why let me do it at all?

02/10/2015 New Biometrics letter received, Biometrics scheduled for 03/09/15- I guess that clerk was right??

03/09/2015 Second biometrics

..waiting..

5/15/2015 Put in a service request online - outside of processing time

5/18/2015 Approved!

5/23/2015 Card in hand

You are a patience man, 2.5 years and this is her second time cheating on you.

There are tooo many Pinays and other women that would appreciate a good man and be loyal to you.

I feel your pain, I caught my wife of 8 years with another man it is an ugly feeling but when that door closed another opened and now I'm with a sweet beautiful pinay.
