011/09/11 The Capitol Immigration Law Group PLLC last meeting with mr. oppenheim and according to the State Department, has required the retrogression of many Family preference cut-off dates for January 2011 in an effort to hold number use within the various numerical limits. Unfortunately, according to the State Department, further retrogressions cannot be ruled out should demand continue at the current levels. dude we are here let see upcoming VB i'm sure upcoming VB should continue to move forward.

The capitol immigration group had never written any thing like retrogession in future in the past few months....if you can provide link to that it would be good for all of us.....

In my view, i have not noticed even a single case whose PD is before cutoff date.....so chances of retrogession is almost nil....In 2010, the case was different ...ppl with pd in 2008 ,2009,2010 was waiting for visas even if cutoff dates were far forward....so in my opinion there can not be any retrogession....now hoping for 2 or 3 month movement from next bulletin...:thumbs::thumbs:
