Not to get your hopes up, but almost all of these approvals you see recently have been getting touched a day or two before their approval. I hope that's the case for you!

That's true, except it seems that the second touch was the approval.

I fear that's not going to be the case with my petition. Also my NOA1 appears to have been (ahem) too early for this wave of approvals.

My petition was approved on the 18th of September, and I never had any touches before then. CSC received my petition request on July 18th. I don't know why it was approved so fast. Maybe it was because I used an attorney, I don't know.

I was touched on the 19th and 20th... No e-mails or snail mail or approval (that I know of) yet. Crossing fingers for all!

I was touched on the 19th and approved on the 20th. I didnt receive the approval email until the 21st though, so hopefully you will have similar luck and get an email today saying you are approved.
