Ah but were they VSC or CSC? Inquiring minds want to know...

Hank_Amy, October 11th filers have been approved from CSC recently.

Maim, don't worry too much about it, you will get approved soon, that is how it happens sometime. I think it has something to do with the persons desk it lands on and which case is above yours.

I know exactly how you feel! i am oct. 21 at VSC and all the people from november who are already approved is a little depressing...but that's just how it happens! i am hoping and praying to be approved by the end of february, but not expecting it to actually happen.

Cadyinhaiti. I'm right with you! VSC is apparently quite behind on applications. The last time mine was updated was 12/04/2012.

I'd like to know something soon... But going by VSC processing times it says March 31st is the latest we should hear!

Good luck!

Our NOA1 is 10-26....

From the looks of it i would guess that certain desks get certain countries..

I believe I see patterns in for example Latin America or

other groupings of countries having a few gain Noa2 in a row.

I would also guess that some may get through faster than other based on the quality of the packet received.

If they have to look at it closer to determine if it is sufficient,

then I would think this would cause it to take a little bit longer.

Myself if I had a pile on my desk, and a tough one that made me question if they had everything was on top,

then i may check the next one and come back to the first later...

With about 6-7 a day maximum approved out of CSC I cannot imagine there being many more than five desks.

Hello fellow October Filers!

My NOA1 date is October 5th, at the CSC. Still waiting for the NOA2, I just set up an account on the USCIS website and my case was last touched 13th October, is that a bad sign???

Not at all. In fact, touches don't really mean anything good or bad on a case. http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Touches
